Biography There were five Purefoy Fitzgerald sisters, of which Mabel was one [qv]. The others are unnamed by sources and not known to have careers. Some references in Jackson's Oxford Journal suggest that Purefoy Fitzgerald may have lived at Upton House, near Banbury [now an NT house] [Alison Petch [as part of 'The Other Within' project 2006-9] 16/01/2007]
