George Claridge Druce

Biography Botanist who worked as a chemist in his own business in Oxford from 1879. In 1895 he was appointed Special Curator of the Fielding Herbarium. Served on Oxford City Council from 1892 until his death [Alison Petch [as part of 'The Other Within' project 2006-9] 10/01/2007]
