Biography Authority on Essex archaeology, historian and antiquarian. He seems to have been resident in Chignal St James, near Chelmsford. He wrote to several newspapers about events in Canada in 1884-5 [Alison Petch [as part of 'The Other Within' project 2006-9] 05/01/2007]
