Biography According to the accession book she seems to have lived in Kent and long survived the death of her husband. She translated and published the papers of Count Albrecht von Bernstorff. She is listed in the 1901 census as Anna M.B. Lennard aged 54 born in Baltimore USA [British subject] living in Chelsea, London and 'no occupation living on own means' [Alison Petch [as part of 'The Other Within' project 2006-9] 06/02/2007]
