William Wood

Biography Church of England clergyman and archaeologist, dug at Westward Ho on Bideford Bay with Frank Rawlins in 1873, worked as clergyman and in education, travelled in Egypt, Palestine and Ceylon. Father of Sylvia and Dorothea Wood [Alison Petch [as part of 'The Other Within' project 2006-9] 21/02/2007]
