John Anstee

Career Museum Professional

Biography Museum assistant at time of gift, at Museum of English Rural Life, Reading University. He had previously worked at the Ministry of Works. He was a noted iron worker. Towards the end of his career he moved to the Museum of Lakeland Life in Kendal, Cumbria.
