Biography Based in Pall Mall, London, gunmaker, bayonet maker etc. In 1804 Wilkinson Sword was appointed Royal gunmakers to HM George III. The product range over the years has been very wide including typewriters, shears, scissors and motorcycles. In 1973 the company merged with another and then was bought out [Alison Petch [as part of 'The Other Within' project 2006-9] 03/05/2007]
